1. What do our salon/spa insurance policies cover?
General Liability, Product Liability, Personal or Advertising Injury Liability, Professional Liability, Medical Pay, Fire Legal.

2. What are the coverage limits?
One million per occurrence and a two million aggregate (Spa and Salon Policy).
One million per occurrence and a three million aggregate (Medi-Spa Policy).

3. Are any states excluded?
Spa and Salon coverage is not available in Alaska.
Medi-Spa coverage is not available in Alaska, Delaware and New Jersey.

4. How long does coverage last?
All policies provide coverage for one year (365 days). You may choose your start date.

5. Am I covered immediately after payment?
No, all applications are subject to review. However most applications are approved within 3-5 Business Days.

6. What is a Medical Director?
A physician who is operating in a solely supervisory role, and is not performing any procedures themselves.

 

Payment Questions

1. Can I finance my insurance policy?
Yes, once you complete the application you will be given the option to finance on the payment screen.You may choose any number of  monthly payments up to 11 months.  Membership, 35% of the total premium  and Laser certification fees are due up front.There is a $25 setup fee and there is also an additional $20-$50 assessment added to each monthly payment.

2. What Methods of payments are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and most Debit cards. We also accept personal and business checks.

Technical Questions

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of text that we ask your web browser to store. Every time you visit our site, your web browser gives this cookie back to us. This allows us to remember who you are. It is only used for your convenience.

What is a PDF?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. It is a file format developed by Adobe (http://www.adobe.com). The format is designed to ensure the data within looks the same to everyone, regardless of your type of computer, screen, printer, operating system, etc. A free reader program is available on Adobe's website.

The page is cut off when I print!
Your margin size can be reduced to fix this problem. If you are using Internet Explorer, click on the File menu located in the top left corner of your screen. Now choose Page Setup... A new window will appear, enter 0.25 for the top/bottom/left/right margins and press OK. If you continue to have problems, try selecting the Landscape option in the same window.

Which fields are required?
Whether or not a field is required usually changes depending on the data you have entered. However, if a field has a label which looks like SomeField: then it is always optional.epeating sections (locations,technicians,insureds) are not required until you begin to fill them out. Once you do, the page will require you to fill out the rest of the information in that group. If you don't want to add the item, you must remove all the data in that group. You can do this quickly by clicking the (Clear/Remove) text in the container of each item.
