Additional Technicians

Do you have multiple technicians working for you? Not to worry, Allied Health, we can provide individually based coverage along with coverage for groups. The first technician on any policy is always free. Technicians can be added at any time during the policy period.

The cost of an additional Technician is $65.00/each

Additional Insureds

An additional insured is anyone who has a vested interest in your business. A perfect example is your landlord or a leasing company from whom you purchased your equipment.

The cost of an additional insured is $15.00

Laser Procedures

Do you offer laser services such as hair removal and photo rejuvenation? If so, then our Laser rider policy is perfect for you. The Laser rider addition starts at $300.00. For an exact quote unique to your business, please call or fill out our online application.

Note: The Salon & Spa policy must be purchased in order to recieve the Laser Rider Coverage.

$600.00 test fee per tech will be applied to your total.

Permanent Cosmetics

Permanent cosmetic, micropigmenation, and permanent makeup are all terms to describe the procedure of cosmetic tattooing. A “cosmetic tattoo” is the popular service of tattooing the appearance of traditional cosmetic eyebrows, eyeliner, lip color, and lip liner as well as other associated services such as scar camouflage and areola reconstruction. It is important to note that Permanent Cosmetics does not cover traditional tattoo services. Only procedures that take the place of makeup.

The Allied Health Association can provide coverage for these services starting at $799.00.

3.    Permanent Eye Brows
4.    Beauty Marks
5.    Eye Liner

Camouflage: The camouflage rider, to cover such treatments as scars, burns, vitiligo, areola reconstruction, can be purchased for an additional $200.00.  Allied Health will cover a Permanent Cosmetic Technician for camouflage services after having taken and passed our Ceritified Permanent Cosmetic Technician exam.  Please call with any questions.

Medi-Spa Coverage

Are you more than just a Spa or Salon? Do you offer the more invasive procedures like BOTOX, Dermal fillers or Laser Vein treatments? If so, then our Medi-spa coverage is perfect for your business. For more information and pricing see Medi-Spa Coverage

Note: The Salon & Spa Policy must be purchased in order to receive the Medi-Spa Coverage.

Spider Vein Coverage (Spider Rider)

Allied Health can provide a licensed practitioner with coverage to do spider vein treatments or skin tags for an additional $100 per year. If you are using lasers for these treatments, Medi-Spa Coverage is required.

Note: The Salon and Spa policy must be purchased in order to receive the Spider Vein coverage.

Property Coverage

Allied Health offers property insurance for your business, as well as coverage for leasehold improvements or embetterment’s which would be anything that you have done to the facility you occupy that you could not take with you. Example: built out treatment rooms, carpet, plumbing etc. Anything classified as business property can be covered for $11 per one thousand dollars of coverage, with a minimum of ten thousand dollars coverage to be eligible.

Note: The Property Coverage can be purchased by itself or with any other policy.

Massage (ONLY) Policy

The policy covers:

Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Bonnie Prudden, Canadian Deep, Colonic Educators, Cranio-Sacral, Deep Muscle, Feng Shui, Hellerwork, Hot Stone, Infant, Kripalu, Lymph Drainage
Movement Muscle, Myfascial Release, Myotherapy, Neuromuscular, Ohashiatsu
Pain Relief, Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Rolfing, Shiatsu, Sports, Swedish, Trigger Point, Watsu, Yoga.

You can purchase our Massage (ONLY) Policy for $49 Year.
