Additional $5,000/year per Location
Medical Director
A physician who is operating in a solely supervisory role, and is not performing any procedures themselves. May be waived if doing Direct Patient Care.
Additional Premium of $250.00/Year per Location
Direct Patient Care
If you are a physician who is either consulting or directly treating your clients, you will have to purchase the direct patient care policy.
Premium for direct patient care is starting at an additional $1,000.00/Year per physician
